The President of the GHANAIAN COMMUNITY IN FRANCE ASSOC.(GHACIF) Hon. Osei Mensah Michael and the entire affiliation of GHACIF accross this communiqué welcome the Blackstars , National football team of Ghana to France. The Blackstars have chosen France for a second time to prepare the FIFA World Cup Competition. The pride of Ghanaians in France is at it's peak.
